Peggy Dix

Background

Peggy Dix serves as CIGI’s Director of Accounting and Administration. She is responsible for the efficiency and accuracy of CIGI's Finance department and also oversees the Human Resources and IT departments. Peggy manages all day-to-day aspects of the finance department, including payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. She prepares financial statements for government and funders, and advises management on strategic and policy decisions.

Peggy came to CIGI in 2004 from the corporate world where she accrued more than 15 years at a controller level with various chains of retail outlets. She holds a diploma in Business Administration from Ryerson Polytechnic Institute and in 1992 became a Certified Management Accountant.
