Darcy Manderson serves as CIGI’s manager of information technology. He oversees the team responsible for providing IT-related services for CIGI staff, and also advises the management team on appropriate systems to provide security and functionality.
Prior to joining CIGI in 2005, Darcy was employed at Research In Motion (RIM) as a support supervisor and training services expert traveling throughout North America to educate wireless distributors on how to troubleshoot and support the BlackBerry technology. Previously, he was an instructor at the Quantum Training Centre in Fredericton, NB, where he taught students about Microsoft server technologies, and desktop support and consulting for customers. Darcy earned his MCSE, CNA and MCP at Quantum. He also has a bachelor’s degree in sociology and law in society from the University of New Brunswick.
